Work Home Appointment Setter Needed

RDR Group, Inc., headquartered in Illinois, is a Corporate Training Company working with Fortune 500 companies nationwide. We are seeking high quality people for the long term to help us grow.

Work out of your home as an independent contractor. You will be part of a team with supportive co-workers. You will receive training and ongoing coaching from a supervisor who does the same work and who lives in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Hours are primarily first thing in the morning, 7:00 – 9:00 a.m., and late afternoon, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., 20 hours per week starting at $15.00 per hour. Additional hours and increased pay can be expected for excellent performance which is measured by the number and quality of completed sales appointments.

Responsibilities:

Generate high call volume to qualify leads and set sales appointments
Call prospective customers, make timely follow-up calls, and send emails
Update call records as information is gathered

Qualifications:

Three+ years track record of call volume and appointment setting with senior-level personnel – will call references
Professional interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, not pushy
Self-motivated, perseverant, and dedicated work habits
Proficiency with email and database entry

Separated home office
